Education

• A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4 (C or equivalent) or above/predicted to include Maths & English

There are two roles availables. One working at our Runcorn site in Murdishaw, and one in Elanco, Speke. Please specify where you’d prefer to work in your application.

What you’ll be doing;

You will be trained, coached, and mentored to carry out on-site operations and maintenance support for a range of industrial utility equipment, including combined heat and power, steam boilers, pumps and motors, water treatment, filtration systems, chemical dosing, air compressors, refrigeration plant, and electrical systems.

 Working alongside a technician, you will:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on steam boilers and utility plants, compressed air systems, cooling systems, pumps and motors.
• Assist with routine steam boiler operational tasks to comply with legislation and company procedures.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities with the ability to multi-skill where possible, with a proven trade bias.
• Carry out fault diagnosis on electrical LV control and power circuits.
• Regular monitoring, supervision and interaction of key subcontractors.
